Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Here's a blend with a serious backstory: Blackened marries straight bourbon and rye sourced from Tennessee and Kentucky, then finishes it in brandy casks while Metallica's low-frequency sound waves pulse through the barrels — the BLACK NOISE process, meant to coax more flavor from the charred oak. At 90 proof, expect burnt caramel and honey on the nose, then cinnamon, allspice, dark fruit and clove, closing long and creamy with butterscotch and maple. Pour it neat, or build a bold Old Fashioned.
