This Highland single malt was distilled in 1999 and bottled at 12 years from a single cask at full strength. Blackadder, the family-run Scottish bottler behind the Raw Cask series since 2000, lets each barrel speak for itself. Pour it neat, then add a few drops of water to open it up.
