2 oz Black N Well Gin
1/2 oz lavender-infused honey syrup
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1 egg white (optional, for frothiness)
Soda water
Lavender sprig (for garnish)
In a shaker, combine Black N Well Gin with lavender-infused honey syrup and fresh lemon juice, and, if desired, an egg white for frothiness. Dry shake vigorously, then add ice and shake again to chill. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice and top up with soda water for effervescence. Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender for an aromatic touch.
