Binyamina Reserve Chardonnay is a 100% Chardonnay dry white wine from Israel's Galilee region, blending fruit from high-altitude vineyards near the Galilee summit and the Judean Hills. Grapes are harvested at night to lock in aroma and freshness, then fermented across stainless steel tanks and French and American oak before a partial malolactic fermentation rounds out the blend. Expect a golden-hued glass with citrus, peach, ripe melon and vanilla notes layered over a buttery, medium-bodied frame. Pour it alongside roasted chicken or a creamy pasta.
