Binyamina Chosen Diamond is a dry red Bordeaux-style blend from Binyamina Winery in Israel, built around Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with touches of Petit Verdot and Syrah. Grapes are sourced from the Galilee, Golan, and Judea regions and aged nearly 20 months in new French oak before another year resting in bottle. Expect a deep ruby-black color, aromas of black cherry and cassis with white pepper, coffee, and smoked meat, and a full-bodied, long finish. Pour it alongside Beef Wellington or aged Gouda.
