Binyamina Choshen Ruby is a dry red blend from Binyamina Winery, part of Israel's Avnei Hachoshen series named for the biblical priestly breastplate's stones. The wine combines Syrah from high-altitude Upper Galilee and Judean Hills vineyards with a small share of Judean Hills Viognier, cold-soaked before fermentation and aged 16 months in new French oak. Expect a structured, spice-driven red with notes of game and smoked meat alongside classic Syrah depth. Decanter scored it 92 points. Pour it alongside grilled lamb or a charred steak.
