Bertani has been shaping Amarone in Valpolicella Classica since 1857, and this bottling reflects the house style that built that reputation. The Corvina and Rondinella grapes dry on racks for nearly 80 days before a slow, 45-day fermentation, then the wine rests seven years in large Slavonian oak barrels.
