Beit El Cabernet Sauvignon Single Vineyard comes from the Manne family's boutique estate in Israel's Binyamin Hills, where vines are trained on ancient terraced slopes 850 meters above sea level. Low yields (about two to three bottles per vine) concentrate the fruit, and the wine ages in new French oak, emerging deep purple-black with layered plum and blackberry flavors, polished tannins, and a long finish. Approachable now, it also holds real aging potential. Pour it alongside grilled steak or a hard aged cheese.
