Distilled in the foothills of the Pyrenees, BB9 Bergamote is an organic French gin built around citrus rather than pure juniper punch. Hand-harvested mountain juniper meets bergamot, lemon peel, and Timut pepper, with thyme, rosemary, sage, and coriander rounding out a Mediterranean, floral character and a peppery finish. Small-batch distilled in copper Stupfler stills and cut with Pyrenees spring water, it earned Bronze in the Contemporary Style category at the 2025 World Gin Awards.
