Bat Shlomo Alchemy is a dry red blend from Bat Shlomo Vineyards in Israel's Judean Hills, grown on a historic moshava founded in 1887 by Baron Edmond de Rothschild. The name nods to the winemaking trick at its core: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon fused with 30% Mourvèdre, then aged 14 months in French oak for structure without heaviness. Rooted in the softer, sun-drenched style of Spain and southern France rather than a bolder classic Bordeaux profile, it's built for the table — pour it alongside roasted lamb, grilled vegetables, or a hard aged cheese.
