Bas Armagnac has been distilled by the same Gascon family since 1925, when Prosper Delord and his wife Marie Duffau built a permanent home for a brandy he'd carted farm to farm for decades. Their blend of Ugni Blanc, Baco, Colombard, and Folle Blanche grapes goes through a single, unusually low-temperature distillation, then rests in Gascon oak barrels that still hold spirit dating back to 1904. Bottled at 40% ABV, it's built for sipping slow, neat or over one large ice cube.
