This small-batch bourbon is built from a variety of mash bills, barrel ages, and geographic origins across the United States, including Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Wyoming, Maryland, New York, and Ohio. The blend combines bourbons ranging from 5 to 16 years old, aged in American white oak barrels, and bottled at full cask strength of 110.3 proof.
Appearance: Golden amber with graham cracker hue
Nose: Ripe stone fruits such as peach and Rainier cherry, sugar snap pea, sorrel, herbal gentian and dill, green apple, pomegranate, and hints of maple sap and pistachio
Palate: Crisp, fresh notes of tart apple and Meyer lemon, expanding into oatmeal, pumpkin bread, clove, and sweet molasses; a chewy, oily mouthfeel with grippy astringency
Finish: Long and complex; pumpkin pie spice, roasted chestnut, red clover, sunflower seed, and baking spices build into warming depth
