Avión's blanco is single-origin tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, made with 100% blue Weber agave grown at high altitude. The piñas roast for around 72 hours in traditional brick ovens, then the spirit gets an ultra-slow filtration and goes to bottle unaged, keeping things bright.
