Overview

Fiddler Soloist Straight Bourbon is our own in-house, high-malt bourbon that we distill by hand on our traditional, double copper pot stills. 

Because the Georgia state legislature adopted statewide Prohibition in 1905 (thirteen years before federal Prohibition) and the “Straight Bourbon” designation of quality was not adopted until 1907, Fiddler Soloist is the first Straight Bourbon ever distilled in the City of Atlanta.

56% corn, 44% various malts 

(including malted rye, wheat, oats, and barley)
