Most tequilas graduate from the barrel in a couple of years. AsomBroso's Vintage Extra Añejo spends eleven in new French oak, drawing from Weber blue agave harvested at nine years old in Jalisco's Tequila Valley. That patience shows: the nose leans honey, sweet agave, and a whisper of cinnamon, while the palate turns to soft vanilla and buttercream through a smooth, medium finish. Additive-free and bottled at 40% ABV. Pour it into a snifter and sip it slowly, neat.
