ArteNOM's 1579 comes from Jesús María, the highest-altitude corner of tequila country, where Felipe Camarena distills at the famously inventive El Pandillo. It's 100% blue Weber agave, fermented with collected rainwater and run through small copper pot stills, then aerated before bottling to open it up.
