Alta Mora is the Cusumano family's mountain project — vineyards planted up to 4,000 feet up Mount Etna's slopes, among the highest in Europe, where black volcanic soil shapes everything the vines produce. This Etna Rosso is 100% Nerello Mascalese, Sicily's signature red grape, sourced from contradas like Verzella and Solicchiata. Expect a ruby-red pour with violet and cherry aromatics, wild herb and crushed-stone undertones, and tight tannins that soften with air. Pour it alongside grilled lamb or aged pecorino.
