Alta Mora Etna Bianco is a Sicilian white wine made entirely from Carricante, a native grape grown on the northern slopes of Mount Etna. The Cusumano family's Alta Mora estate sources fruit from the Verzella and Pietramarina contrade at 600-750 meters, where volcanic soil and cool mountain air let the grapes ripen slowly while holding onto acidity.
