Named for a captured Spanish warship that later sailed with Admiral Rodney's fleet at the 1782 Battle of the Saints, this Saint Lucia rum carries some serious history. Saint Lucia Distillers pulls heavier spirit from the lower sections of their Coffey column still, then rests the blend five to nine years in bourbon and port casks.
