Zion Crown Judean Hills Blend comes from Zion Winery, a Jerusalem family operation the Shor family has run since 1848, making it one of Israel's oldest wine houses. Crown is their flagship Bordeaux-style red, blending Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot grown in the Judean Hills. Expect black cherry and tobacco leaf up front, with vanilla and coconut notes rounding out a full-bodied, dry finish.
