Overview

Espadín mezcal from San Martín Lachilá in Oaxaca, redistilled with fresh orange pulp — rinds and skins discarded, no syrups or added flavourings. Mezcalero Magdaleno Santiago roasts the agave in a volcanic rock pit, so the orange sits on top of real smoke rather than covering it. Good in a highball.
