Overview

A joven from single-estate blue Weber agave in the Jalisco highlands, made for Yéyo's Día de los Muertos series: 75% reposado blended back with 25% blanco, the aged portion resting eleven months in ex-peach-wine casks. Double distilled in copper pots, fermented with champagne yeast, bottled at 43% rather than the usual 40, which gives the fruit something to hang on.
