Yellowstone traces back to 1872, and the Beam family descendants behind Kentucky's Limestone Branch Distillery have kept its annual Limited Edition going for a decade now. The current release blends straight bourbons aged around ten years from Kentucky and Indiana barrels, bottled at 105 proof. Expect vanilla and oak on the nose, then caramel, toffee, and a touch of stone fruit, closing on charred oak, honey, cherry, and cinnamon. Pour it neat or over one big cube and let it open up.
