Their distiller hand-picks a single cask in Basalt, Colorado, built on a mash of Colorado-grown corn, Elbon rye, and malted barley milled right on-site. Bottled around 49% ABV, it leans bright and clean, with an intense fresh-corn sweetness up front, buttery vanilla, and caramel trailing behind. Pour it neat to catch the barrel's individual character, or add a few drops of water to open it up.
