Distilled from a high-rye mash of 74% rye, 11% corn, and 15% malted barley, it's bottled cask strength and non-chill filtered straight from American oak. Expect caramel and butterscotch up front, baking spice and toasted oak through the middle, and a long finish of honey and citrus peel. Pour it neat to let the rye speak.
