This single-barrel pick comes from Willett Family Estate, the Bardstown, Kentucky distillery's storied private-barrel program, where fifth-generation distiller Drew Kulsveen and family hand-select one cask at a time for bottling. True to the Willett house style, expect it un-chill-filtered and poured straight from the barrel at full proof, so the char, corn sweetness, and oak spice come through with no dilution. A playful, one-off name for a whiskey built for sipping neat or with a single large-format ice cube — no two barrels are ever quite the same.
