A pale pink cider from Wignac's family orchards in the Ardennes, where organic apple trees were replanted at an old château starting in 2017. Le Goupil rosé blends 88% organic cider apples with a touch of merlot grapes, landing at a light 4.5% ABV with a naturally effervescent lift, notes of hedgerow berries, and a floral sweetness underneath.
