Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Metallica's Blackened project pushes cask strength to its loudest register with this blend of straight bourbons and ryes, married and rested in brandy casks, then treated to the brand's signature "Black Noise" sonic aging before bottling uncut and non-chill-filtered at 122.85 proof. Expect a rich, viscous pour of dark fruit, black raspberry, toffee, and vanilla custard up front, giving way to peppery spice and cinnamon on the finish. Built for sipping neat in a rocks glass, with a few drops of water to open the fruit further.
