Planted on an east-facing, stony slope at an altitude of 2100 feet, the vineyard consistently yields top quality grapes. Aged 16 months in 225 liters French oak barrels. This is a deep, complex and elegant wine that will age gracefully in the right storage conditions. In order to ensure the wine's optimal presentation, the wine was neither filtered, nor fined and as a result, natural sediment may occur.
