Meet Visione, a rosato from Feudi di San Gregorio that trades the expected Provence pastel for something bolder. It's made from Aglianico — usually a brooding red grape — hand-harvested in Campania's Irpinia hills, gently pressed for brief skin contact, then rested four months in stainless steel to keep the fruit pure. The result: crystalline salmon-pink, floral on the nose, wild strawberry and cherry on the palate. Pour it chilled alongside a Margherita pizza or a spread of salami and cheese.
