U4rik's Añejo grows from a single agave estate in Arandas, Jalisco, 7,000 feet up in volcanic soil — then it's cooked, distilled twice through copper pot stills, and rested two full years in New American Oak. That barrel time is the whole story: cooked agave and a floral sweetness give way to vanilla, oak, and a soft whiskey-like finish, a combination that took Double Gold at the World Spirit Competition. Pour it neat, or swap it into an old fashioned in place of rye.
