From Getaria, a fishing village on Spain's Basque coast, the Txueka-Etxaniz family has tended vines since 1649 — and it shows in every glass. Made mainly from native Hondarrabi Zuri grapes, this txakoli pours pale yellow-green with a gentle natural spritz, citrus and orchard-fruit aromas, and a bright, saline snap on the finish that echoes the Atlantic just beyond the vineyard rows.
