Here's a blanco with a backstory: the first in Tres Generaciones' Legacy series, honoring Don Cenobio Sauza, who opened his Jalisco distillery back in 1873. It's 100% blue agave, triple-distilled, and crushed the old way with a stone tahona wheel, then bottled unaged at still strength (90 proof). Expect fresh and cooked agave up front, a little pepper, and a surprising thread of toasted oak. Pour it neat to catch every layer, or build a bright, agave-forward margarita.
