Tres Generaciones has been distilling from the same Jalisco distillery, La Perseverancia, since 1873, and this anejo carries that legacy into the glass. Triple-distilled from 100% blue Weber agave, then rested a full 12 months in toasted American oak, it picks up a pale amber hue and a layered nose of caramel, vanilla, and toasted wood. The palate opens with brown sugar, settles into soft oak and clean agave, and finishes warm with a whisper of smoke. Pour it neat, or over one big cube.
