Made in Oaxaca from 100% Espadin agave, this joven mezcal is unaged, so the agave speaks first. The pinas are roasted in a conical stone oven over mesquite and ocote, native Oaxacan woods, which gives it that gentle campfire smoke woven through bright citrus and a soft, round palate.
