Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Barrel Proof CherryCherry harvest in Northern Michigan comes around once a year, at the peak of summer. That’s when we hand-pick fresh cherries at our orchard for the most ideal flavor. Our barrel proof cherry is a unique blend of sweet cherries and premium whiskey.
Tasting notes
Nose: Ripe, sweet, cocktail cherries. Yup, not much else but it smells delicious!
Palate: Vanilla, cherry candies, hints of cocoa nibs but yeah, mostly cherry.
Finish: Little bit of barrel spice, and you guessed it, a nice cherry finish!
