Tomintoul T'lath (Tlàth) is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from Tomintoul Distillery, named with the Gaelic word for "gentle and mellow." Master Distiller Robert Fleming hand-selects casks of varying ages, all matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, for a whisky built on soft mountain air and spring water from the Ballantruan source. Expect shortbread, toasted almond, and honey on the nose, a creamy palate of stewed apple and cinnamon, and a spiced, hazelnut-cocoa finish. It took gold at the 2024 Scotch Whisky Masters. Pour it neat after dinner alongside shortbread or roasted nuts.
