Tomintoul 21 Year Old is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from the Tomintoul distillery, matured a full 21 years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and selected cask by cask by master distiller Robert Fleming. Expect a ripe nose of nougat, ruby grapefruit, and dried cranberry, giving way to a palate of baked apple, honeycomb, and orange peel threaded with white pepper and oak spice, finishing on warm cinnamon and cedar. It's earned gold medals at competitions including the International Wine & Spirit Competition. Pour it neat after dinner, alongside dark chocolate or a slice of apple tart.
