Named for Tom Bullock, the pioneering St. Louis bartender who published the first cocktail book by a Black American in 1917, this Kentucky bourbon revives his signature flourish of flaming orange peel. Aged four years, it's finished with caramelized burnt orange rind for a nose of citrus zest and warm vanilla, rounding into oak on the back end. Built for an Old Fashioned, or simply poured neat to taste where the tradition began.
