Crystal Blanco proves an unaged tequila can still feel layered. Distilled in small batches from Blue Weber agave at a family-run distillery in Mexico (NOM 1477), it pours bright and clear, then opens with fresh grapefruit and green apple over an herbaceous lift. The palate turns semi-sweet with agave before pepper and clove step in, closing crisp and light with a whisper of almond. Sip it neat, or let it carry a bright, citrus-forward margarita. 40% ABV.
