Tin Cup Fourteener is a 14-year-old straight bourbon whiskey from Tin Cup Whiskey, distilled in Colorado and named for the state's "14ers" — the peaks topping 14,000 feet. It rests in new white American oak barrels for a full 14 years before being cut to proof with Eldorado Spring water from outside Boulder. Expect a caramel-brown pour with vanilla and sugar cookie on the nose, caramel and syrup on the palate, and a medium-long finish carrying butterscotch. Tin Cup recommends it neat or on the rocks.
