High in Jalisco's Los Altos, where two agave regions meet at 7,200 feet, Tierra Noble Blanco starts as 100% blue Weber agave before a double distillation in stainless steel pots and a cut with natural spring water. The result is unaged and bright: cooked agave and lime zest up front, a whisper of black pepper and mint underneath, finishing clean and lightly spiced. Skip the barrel and pour it in a Margarita, or sip it neat to taste the highland-lowland agave blend the Herrera brothers built this brand around.
