Tierra Noble's añejo comes from one of the highest distilleries on the planet — a Herrera family operation at 7,200 feet in Jalisco's Sierra del Tigre, where cool mountain air lets a secondary malolactic fermentation add a subtle buttery layer most tequilas never get. The blue Weber agave spends up to 24 months across French and American oak, landing on vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and warm baking spice with a long, gently sweet finish. Pour it neat, or over one big ice cube.
