Tierra Noble Blanco comes from the highlands near Mazamitla, Jalisco, where blue Weber agave grows above 7,200 feet. The piñas are pressure-cooked, twice pot-distilled, and bottled unaged, letting the altitude speak through the glass: cooked agave and citrus zest on the nose, white pepper and mint on the palate, with a clean, crisp finish. Straightforward and vivid, it's built for a highland-driven margarita or a slow sip over one big rock.
