The Prideful Goat has been cooking up some new offerings for the herd. We are proud to offer a new limited edition bottling. It is an 8 year 95% rye distilled at MGPI. Just like our 6 year rye this offering is cask strength and non-chill filtered. This whiskey spent about 3 years in the extreme aging environment of the distillery’s Houston location. This caused this whiskey to develop a much more robust and complex flavor profile than you would expect from a similar aged whiskey that spent its whole life at MGPI.
