Made at Scotland's only distillery with its own working botanical garden, this gin gets its blush from dark violet and rose petals grown steps from the stills — not dye. Hand-harvested elderflower and jasmine are distilled alongside juniper, coriander, angelica root and winter savoury, giving a floral, tropical-fruit nose with a crisp, aromatic finish.
