Before it was a gin, The Gardener was a Riviera obsession — Brad Pitt, the organic-pioneer Perrin family, and former Tanqueray master distiller Tom Nichol built it around three citruses that ripen along the French coast: bitter orange, pink grapefruit, and sweet lemon, layered over juniper, coriander, angelica, and liquorice. Certified organic and distilled to 42% ABV, it drinks brighter and fruitier than a classic London Dry. Pour it over ice with tonic and an orange twist, or shake into a simple gin sour.
