100% Sangiovese Grosso, this “Baby Brunello” has an intense ruby hue with garnet glints and an enticing bouquet filled with exotic flowers and fruit. Vinification process begins in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks followed by 6 months in Slavonian barrels and then 6 months in the bottle before its release. The cherry, violet and plum aroma give this wine soft tannins, full but gentle body that can pair with meat, tomato sauce pasta and well aged cheeses.
