Here's a certified-organic blanco that leans into its Los Valles roots. Terraneo is distilled by Casa de Piedra (NOM 1586) in Jalisco's lowlands, where the blue Weber agave is cooked in brick ovens, milled, and twice-distilled in a stainless pot still. Bottled at 40% ABV, it pours clean and lively: cooked agave up front, a curl of cinnamon and black pepper, and a bright citrus-grapefruit lift. Sip it neat to catch the earthy finish, or build it into a fresh margarita.
