From master distiller Felipe Camarena's El Pandillo distillery in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco comes a 100% blue agave Extra Añejo built on terroir: water drawn from a well 150 meters underground gives Terralta its earthy, mineral edge. Rested 3 to 4 years in used American bourbon barrels, it opens with ripe stone fruit, berries, and honeyed agave, settles into cinnamon and molasses on the palate, and finishes bold and long. Pour it neat or over a single large cube to let the aging show.
